Breakfast with Santa – Pam’s Restaurant, Main Street, Dushore. The Dushore Lions Club sponsors this event annually. There is no charge for children under 12. Children 12 and over and adults are $7.00 each. Each family receives one free picture with Santa.
Christmas at the Library, Center St, Dushore There will be a book sale all day. Crafts will be offered from 1-3 pm. From 2:55pm- 5:15 pm, volunteer readers will be reading seasonal books on the half hours in the library’s “Cozy Reading Room.” Hot chocolate will also be served.
Blitzen’s Blazers 5K Run/Walk This reindeer themed Dushore Dash will start behind Sinclair’s Hardware, Dushore at 9 am. Frist 25 finishers receive a tee-shirt. Sponsored by the Sullivan County Recreation Association.

Christman Scavenger Hunt The Independent Living Group sponsors this hunt for elves. You will be given a sheet of businesses listing where the elves can be found and as you visit each business, write down what the elf is doing or what the sign says in that particular store.

Ugly Sweater contest- Pealer Hall, Main St Dushore A traditional contest with all the fun!
Elf Toss- Dushore Agway, Headley Ave, Dushore A variation of cornhole, this game has you trying to toss small elf toys into an opening in a giant wrapped present in the Agway greenhouse. Come try your skill!
Caroling by the tree next between the Sully and the Guthrie on Main St, Dushore Begins at 5:15 with the lighting of the tree at 5:30 p.m.
TreeFest- St Basil’s Hall, Churchill St, Dushore Trees will be decorated around various themes by local residents and organizations, all competing to see who can make the most beautiful tree. Prizes awarded.
Faux Snowman contest- Kast Pond, N German St, Dushore Residents and businesses are invited to make snowmen from any available item- tires, balls, boxes- use your imagination. The creations will be left around the pond thru January, so make sure your snowman can weather the storm!
Basket Raffle Basket will be in Pealer’s Hall 9-4 then move to Westside Deli. Raffle will be held at approx. 6:45.
